Ranveer Singh cheers on USA vs. Serbia basketball game at USABMNT exhibition in Abu Dhabi

Ranveer Singh, a Bollywood actor, was seen enjoying the intense USA against Serbia basketball contest from premium courtside seats at the USABMNT exhibition in Abu Dhabi. The actor, who is the NBA's Indian face, was spotted conversing with various basketball stars and posing for selfies with a number of them during the game.

Ranveer, accompanied by his friend, photographer Rohan Shrestha, made a strong impression in his gold and black ensemble, complete with striking sunglasses.

Ranveer expressed his excitement prior of the match, Ranveer shared, "These are the most elite basketballers in the world, in action, courtside. It's about to go down and I am super excited."

The USA team dominated the game, defeating Serbia. In the final of two warmup games before the Olympics, the Americans led by up to 31 points. The team will now travel to London for two additional tune-ups before heading to France.

Wednesday's matchup provided as a vital preview for both the Serbian and American teams, who will compete in Group C at the Olympics. On July 28, the two teams will begin their quest for gold against one another.

Ranveer's appearance at the match comes only one day after the actor was sighted at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding reception. The actor made news by leading the baaraat and getting the high-profile guests up and dancing to popular Hindi wedding songs.

On a personal note, the actor is expecting the birth of his first child in September. According to reports, he is closing up his job commitments to be be by his wife Deepika Padukone's side when the baby arrives.
