The romantic comedy, starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, was a box-office success and garnered critical acclaim for its vibrant storytelling and stellar performances.

A Year of Love and Gratitude To mark the film's first anniversary, Karan Johar took to social media to express his gratitude for the overwhelming love and support received. He shared a montage of memorable moments from the film, accompanied by a heartfelt message.

The filmmaker extended his appreciation to the entire cast and crew, highlighting the contributions of each member. From the lead actors Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt to the veteran actors Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi, and Dharmendra, Karan expressed his admiration for their performances. He also acknowledged the hard work of the technical team, including the directors of photography, music composers, costume designers, and the entire production crew.
